The 430 VIP Assurance Membership is a membership that offers an exclusive warranty on both Lexus LS and SC 430 models.
Why was the 430 vIP Assurance membership started?
Both the Lexus LS and SC 430 models are exceptional cars, but they are aging cars. The membership’s purpose is to bring together owners to keep our luxury vehicle in top condition and build a community of 430 owners.
Is there a contract with this membership?
Yes. If a member takes advantage of the 430 VIP Assurance, they will be provided with a warranty contract listing everything they need to know about coverage based on their particular model.
When can i use my contract?
The 430 VIP Assurance Membership warranty contract can be used after the waiting period is over. The waiting period is equal to thirty (30) days and one thousand (1,000) miles from the contract purchase date and odometer milage at contract purchase date.
What is the 430 VIP community?
We build the 430 VIP community by sharing experiences so that we can bond over our shared passion for the sophisticated car we love. LS and SC owners can also join without purchasing a 430 VIP Assurance warranty.
What is covered under my membership contract?
Most items are covered on all Lexus LS and SC 430 models. But for a more accurate view of what is covered and what is not covered, please see the “Service Contract.
How do i file a service claim?
We try to make filing a service claim fast and easy. You will have the option of filing a claim either by calling 800-777-9311 or by going on our website under “file a service claim.” You must obtain authorization first before any repairs are made.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Otherwise, please see contract under “cancellations” for further details and procedures.
Are there any additional benefits of coverage?
Yes. Additional benefits such as tire service, lockout service, battery service, towing service and more. See contract for more details.
Are there a Variety of coverages?
Yes. There are different coverages base on your particular LS or SC 430 model.
